北票金事達(dá)機(jī)械制造有限公司前身是一家多年生產(chǎn)耐磨、耐熱鋼的專業(yè)廠家（北票市金華鑄鋼有限責(zé)任公司）。主要產(chǎn)品有六大系列，一百多個(gè)品種。

　　一：改進(jìn)型高鉻合金鑄鐵，高鉻鑄鐵本身就是耐磨材料里的頂級材料，本公司科研人員經(jīng)過長達(dá)十幾年的理論、實(shí)踐、調(diào)整，對高鉻鑄鐵進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，改進(jìn)過程不言而喻，改進(jìn)后的高鉻鑄鐵在原有基礎(chǔ)上耐磨性提高了60—70%，相當(dāng)于錳鋼的十幾倍，深受用戶認(rèn)可。

　　二：雙液雙金屬澆注錘頭，國內(nèi)大多進(jìn)口或國產(chǎn)可逆反擊破碎機(jī)錘頭，現(xiàn)多用鍛打錘頭、錳鋼錘頭或鑲嵌式錘頭。鑲嵌式錘頭容易掉塊，不耐磨，也一直給用戶帶來諸多不便。本公司研制的雙液雙金屬錘頭與其他公司的不同，本公司采用的是特殊的雙金屬液，它的耐磨性是鍛打錘頭和高錳鋼錘頭的4—5倍，深受用戶歡迎和好評。

　　三：油淬低碳合金鋼是本公司特別研制的高韌性、高耐磨的合金鋼。眾所周知，韌性高了不耐磨，高耐磨了沒韌性，本公司就是針對有些工況條件和廠家的要求，即需要有高的耐磨性，又要有好的韌性的要求而研發(fā)了這種特殊鋼種。本鋼種是由特殊的化學(xué)成分加以特殊的熱處理工藝，然后經(jīng)過油淬火處理后才達(dá)到理想的效果。它的耐磨性是高錳鋼的2—3倍，使用范圍十分廣泛。

　　四：中合金顎板。針對國內(nèi)還沒有哪個(gè)廠家敢用中合金材質(zhì)做顎板，本公司經(jīng)過幾年的實(shí)驗(yàn)、試制、調(diào)整和實(shí)際試用，成功研制出中合金顎板。經(jīng)過幾年的用戶使用，耐磨性是高錳鋼的1—2倍，效果非常理想，得到用戶一致好評。本材質(zhì)適用于大、中、小各類顎板。

　　五：各種工況條件下的耐熱、耐腐蝕鋼。為電廠、水泥廠、大型鋼廠、造船廠、油田、碼頭等用戶供貨多年。
